We all love to get massaged, but there are not so many willing volunteers. It’s not so easy to massage your own back since, and in my experience, massaging your own shoulder causes the other shoulder to become tense. So what to do? The self massage tool that I describe in this video is cheap, effective and I use it myself. Easy to use over clothes, no messy oils and you use whatever pressure that you want. I got mine for a few dollars at Daiso, and you could get something similar from ebay or department stores. Watch this and enjoy the relief . . . at your own pace.
