The PhysiApp Program is designed to help patients manage and recover from their musculoskeletal health concerns with recommended exercises. These exercises aim to help patients improve their mobility, flexibility, strength and posture, while also helping their nervous system to become more accustomed to better movement patterns.
Scientific evidence shows that exercise programs may be useful in helping patients recover from their musculoskeletal health problems and help to keep them away.
We find that integrating hands-on chiropractic care with recommended exercises and healthy postural habits is a winning combination for our patients – for both the short and long term.
Generally, patients will start with a mobility program, focusing on stretching tight muscles and joints. Once they have achieved the level of mobility required, patients can then move onto strength and postural exercises for the spine or other joints to help them stay healthy.
Performing regular exercises as recommended by the PhysiApp Program and undergoing hands on chiropractic care may help you improve your musculoskeletal health. The combination of exercise and hands-on chiropractic care may provide more consistent and long lasting results, and also give you the confidence and knowledge to self-manage your health conditions.
