Injury? Now what?
So you’ve been just been unlucky and suffered an injury. Maybe it’s a strained shoulder or and sprained ankle or even a bruising from a contact sport. Now what do you do? Many of us are tempted just to do nothing hoping that it will get better over time, though others of us want to encourage the best healing and to recover as fast as possible. If you’re in the latter camp, these initial steps will help, especially in the first couple of days after the injury. Of course if you have a serious or potentially dangerous injury, seek medical attention immediately. This information is more for simple mild injuries.
