Ipads and tablets don’t have to be a pain in the neck
Ipads and tablets can be a lot of fun and we can easily spend a very long time on them. Most of my patients use them, many of them unwinding at the end day with a bit of screen time. With the increase in popularity of tablets comes the postural challenges that come with them. In this video I provide some tips to help you get the most fun on your tablet, with the least negative impact on your body.
